Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using jimsox.com and our AI automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Jimsox.

2. Our Services

Jimsox provides AI automation services including but not limited to:

  • Workflow automation using n8n and other tools
  • AI chatbot development and deployment
  • Lead follow-up automation systems
  • CRM integration and setup
  • Monthly maintenance and support plans
  • AI strategy consulting

3. Project Delivery

We commit to delivering all projects within the agreed timeframe, typically 7 business days from project confirmation and payment. Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Complexity of the automation requested
  • Timely provision of required access and information by the client
  • Response time from third-party services

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to:

  • Pay the agreed project fee before work begins
  • Monthly maintenance fees are charged at the start of each billing period
  • All prices are listed in USD and EUR
  • Stripe's payment processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) are included in our pricing

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Our refund policy:

  • Before work begins: Full refund within 48 hours of payment
  • During development: Partial refund based on work completed
  • After delivery: No refund — but we offer 14 days free support to resolve any issues
  • Monthly maintenance: Cancel anytime — no refund for current billing period

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary access to required tools and platforms within 48 hours
  • Respond to questions and requests within 24 hours
  • Provide accurate information about their business processes
  • Test delivered automations within the 14-day support period
  • Not use our automations for illegal or unethical purposes

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the automation workflows we build for your business. Jimsox retains the right to:

  • Use anonymized project details as portfolio examples
  • Reference the project type (not client details) in marketing materials
  • Reuse general automation patterns and approaches in future projects

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your business information, processes, or data with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jimsox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party services (n8n, HubSpot, Gmail, etc.) that are outside our control.

10. Monthly Maintenance Plan

Our $97/month maintenance plan includes:

  • 1 new automation workflow per month
  • Maintenance and bug fixes for existing automations
  • Monthly performance report
  • Priority WhatsApp support with 4-hour response guarantee

The plan renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time with no penalties by contacting us at info@jimsox.com

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination:

  • All delivered automations remain your property
  • Monthly maintenance plans are cancelled immediately
  • No further charges will be applied
  • We will provide transition assistance where reasonable

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. For European clients, we comply fully with GDPR and EU consumer protection regulations. For US clients, disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
